Everyone is different… what works for one person, may not work for another, and that is ok. It took me a fairly long time to realize that it’s ok to do things differently and to truly go after what works best for you. That is why I have chosen to take a different approach with my practice.

On my own wellness journey, I have discovered that I would get overwhelmed when faced with too many changes all at once, and in doing so, I would regress to my old ways and my former health status.

Once I accepted that I do best with incorporating one or two small changes at a time, I started seeing consistent, positive improvements over-time… improvement that lasts.

As I monitored my own health, I gained invaluable knowledge, and that is: The body is miraculous at healing itself! Sometimes, when we have multiple stresses going on within, our body’s defense mechanisms and resources get tired from tackling too much all at once. But when given proper support, and focusing on one or two specific deficiencies, issues, or internal areas, you will often free up your body’s natural resources to then tackle the smaller issues on it’s own. That is why I have adopted this approach with the majority of my clients. Depending on the findings during the observations, I keep it as simple as possible and work with my clients to tailor their individual protocol to their specific lifestyle, in an effort to help make it easier to incorporate, and the results long-lasting.
